Arizona Fingerprinting Services
will be exclusively providing the fingerprinting service for the event.
On-Site Job Fair Fingerprinting Service Fee
$15.00 per card (Cash/Checks Only)
All application fees will be payable to Arizona Department of Public Safety
(AZDPS) in the form of
money order, cashier's check or business checks. If this form of payment is not available, AFS will also accept cash or personal checks
with $2.00 additional fee.
Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Application with $69.00 fee
Fingerprint Clearance Card with $69.00 fee
